The company advanced its regulatory standing by obtaining a UAE CMA Category 5 license for Introduction and Promotion activities in 2025 under VCG Securities Financial Consultation LLC. Until now, Abdallah Garib led VCG Markets; Garib previously served as Chief Compliance and Legal Officer for MENA at Equiti Group during part of Myers’ tenure there.

Myers described his move to VCG Markets as an opportunity to lead an established business with a talented team serving clients across more than 70 countries. He expressed optimism about driving innovation amid significant industry disruption and leveraging AI technology to enhance client experiences. His appointment signals VCG’s commitment to expanding its global presence and technological capabilities in the competitive forex brokerage market.

This leadership change marks a notable shift within the forex broker sector, reflecting ongoing trends where experienced executives seek new challenges amid rapid technological evolution and regulatory developments. Myers’ track record suggests that VCG Markets aims to strengthen its position by combining strong management with cutting-edge trading solutions.

As the forex brokerage industry continues to evolve with increasing demands for transparency, compliance, and advanced technology integration, executive movements like Myers’ appointment are closely watched indicators of strategic direction and market confidence. VCG Markets’ focus on innovation and customer service under Myers’ guidance will likely influence its trajectory in the coming years.
